Dog First Aid Kit (Free Shipping)

Price range: $75.00 through $90.00

We all love our dogs and would do anything to help them, especially if they are injured. This all came about because I was out with my dog and she got cut on some barbed wire. I was fortunate to have a few items with me and got her back to the truck ok. The kit idea was born from that incident and the fact most people do not tend to carry first aid kits for their dogs when they go outdoors. The kit has everything you need to help your dog in case that need arises away from immediate medical care. My goal was to make it as extensive as I could and keeping the size small and light (10 oz.) enough to carry in a vest or daypack.

I’ve got a bunch of feedback on the kit and many people asked for an optional skin stapler. Its a great extra tool in the kit, but I understand not everyone would feel comfortable using one. However if you need to close up a wound in teh field it could be a great asset to have in the kit.

The contents are all listed on the inside cover of the kit for reference.

The kit comes in a durable hard plastic container: 8.5 x 5.5 x 1.5 inches (see pictures) Free Shipping

In creating this kit I enlisted the help of 2 veterinarians and several fellow bird hunters. The idea is to get as much of the things you could need in a reasonably sized package that would be easy to carry in the field.

Great 1st aid kit for the field

Perfect size to actually go with you. My big kit is left at camp, because it is big. This is a very complete small kit that I willingly pack with me. Thank you!

Best kit on the market

I’ve hunted for years, upland and waterfowl. Whether it’s hidden barbed wire in the marsh or razor shark lava rock, there’s always hazards for our pups. This kit is light, small, and has everything you might need for the things you might expect to happen and even for those you don’t. Buy one for your bird vest, one for your boat, and one for your truck.

A first aid kit that makes me happy!

My husband packs most of the hunting gear and he's got his own way of organizing. I carry this first aid kit in my vest so it's at my finger tips at any time. It's lightweight and so well packed with everything needed I forget I am carrying it. No more digging around for this or that. Brings me peace of mind! 5 star!

Absolutely the best field first aid kit I've ever owned.

For several years I would tote around an army ammo can with dog first aid supplies, but because of weight and size it was kept in my vehicle and not available while in the field. In the field, I carried a minimal amount of items, but unfortunately a couple of times didn't have items I needed. When I first purchased this kit, I was amazed at all the items it contained. And even more amazed that it came in a very usable field-sized container. I now hunt with complete assurance should my dog need first aid treatment that I likely have everything that could be needed while in the field. I was so impressed with the kit, I purchased a second one that I keep in the RV.
